Raipur: “Everyone should do yoga regularly. It is very important for good health and stress free life” said food and civil supplies minister Amarjeet Bhagat.

He practiced yoga on the occasion of International Day of Yoga. He wished everyone a Happy Yoga Day on the occasion.


He said “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body; everyone should do yoga regularly for a healthy body. Yoga gives energy to the body as well as the mind and makes us emotionally strong. Every morning we should start the day with yoga. Use whatever Asanas you know”.

Meanwhile, yoga practice is part of the daily routine of the minister. He starts his day by doing yoga regularly every morning. He has formally taken training in yoga practice from Yogacharya Manju Jha. He also remembered her on Yoga Day and gave her best wishes.
