Raipur. Drunk Congress workers allegedly misbehaved with MLA Dr Renu Jogi of JCCJ. Dr Renu Jogi has written a letter in this regard to the Superintendent of Police, along with Chief Election Officer appealing for action against culprits.
In her letter to the Chief Election Officer, she stated that she had gone to visit a close friend of her late husband in the village Bachwar. There drunken Congress workers misbehaved with her, abusing her late husband, shouting vulgar slogans and derogatory words.
Dr Renu Jogi said that this deeply hurt her sentiments. She also said that the law and order situation in the state has become worse of late. Thus, free and fair elections become uncertain. She urged the Election Officer to take measure against the workers who misbehaved with her.
