Raipur. ‘Kahar - The Havoc’, a Hindi-Chhattisgarhi mixed film based on the work of senior journalist Aniruddha Dubey, is going to be released on February 12 at Shyam Talkies Raipur and Niharika Multiplex Korba. Aniruddha Dubey has written not only the story but also the screenplay and dialogues of this film focusing on serious subjects like 'Nar Bali' (Human Sacrifice). The film has been produced by Dr. Puneet Sonkar and directed by Ajaz Warsi. 


Writer Aniruddha Dubey has been associated with journalism for more than 30 years. Although he has reported on many fields including politics, sports, urban bodies, and crime, but was specially inclined to write on arts and cinema. He has reviewed more than 300 films including Hindi and Chhattisgarhi, which itself is a record in journalism in Chhattisgarh. He has been writing on Chhattisgarhi cinema since the year 2000. He has highlighted the interesting history of Chhattisgarhi cinema that occurred between the small period of 1965 to 1971. Apart from this, from the year 2014 to 2018, he traveled continuously to Mumbai and met celebrities of the Hindi Film Industry and kept writing about them. He has done special interviews of legendary film composer Khayyam, renowned film writer Salim Khan (father of famous actor Salman Khan), great musician Ravindra Jain, well-known film director Ketan Mehta, eminent Ghazal singer Pinaz Masani, Hindi and Marathi film actor Ramesh Deo, noted rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh and many more from Bollywood.
