Raipur: Chhattisgarh health minister TS Singh Deo on Saturday denied rumors of resignation from his ministerial post terming it as completely false and baseless.

Deo took to Twitter saying “Blatant lies & propaganda of @Republic TV continues. Their only aim is to spread fake news & indulge in rumor mongering against @INCIndia. I reiterate, CONGRESS IS IN MY BLOOD. I'LL NEVER LEAVE THIS IDEOLOGY EVEN IF I HAVE 100 BIRTHS. Your hunger for TRPs won't change the facts”.

Rumors were being spread over social media targeting the minister that he had resigned from his post from the Bhupesh Baghel government due to tussle between the chief minister and health minister amid speculation of change in chief ministerial position, a claim refuted by the Congress leadership.

“The news being spread regarding resignation of health minister TS Singh Deo from his post is totally false and baseless. The news is allegedly being spread against the minister and we request you all not to believe in such false news”, his official team spread the message of messaging platforms.

Meanwhile, recently a congress legislator Brihaspati Singh has also leveled serious allegations against the minister that he was behind the attack on him and his convoy and he can get him killed. He later apologized in the monsoon session of Chhattisgarh legislative assembly.
