
Raipur: Three people
including a doctor have been arrested in connection with Prembagh land fraud
case of Baikunthpur.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Dhirendra Patel said
that in the case of Premabagh pediatrician Dr Deepak Agarwal, brother-in-law of
builder Sanjay Agarwal has been arrested. Pediatrician Dr Deepak Agarwal has
been arrested from Rewa and was bought to City Kotwali police station on Saturday
night. Due to Sunday, the doctor was presented before the court at 3 pm, from where
he was sent on remand. Along with this, Chandan Sharma and Akash Baghel of
Chirmiri, two builders of the builder from the photographs have been identified
and sent to jail.
The applicant Vishnu Singh was demanding the arrest of
the accused including the doctor for the last two years. Singh has alleged that the
builder demolished a house built on his land on the night of April 29, 2017,
surrounded the site on April 30, and got
admitted to the hospital of a doctor on April 29, 2017. The builder was said to
be admitted from April 29 to May 3. However, when Tehsildar Sumanraj gave a
stay on the application on April 29, 2017, when the builder was present.
In this case, the applicant Vishnu Singh says that
the builder reached Adwa in two hours on the same day when his construction was
broken. On May 1, 2017, during the hearing held in the Tehsildar Court, the
applicant and the builder Sanjay Aggarwal, Advocate was present in the court of
Tehsildar. While the builder was under treatment in Rewa on May 1, 2017.
The arrested Dr Deepak Agarwal is a relative of
builder Sanjay Aggarwal. He has been accused of involvement in a conspiracy with
the builder and for his involvement in the crime by creating fake medical
documents of the builder being admitted to his hospital.
