Raipur. Members of 'Covid-19 Help Group' Anjinesh Anjay Shukla and Nimish Kiran Sharma met CSP Kotwali Anjaney Vashnaye (IPS) and congratulated them on the Mask Up Raipur Campaign initiated and conducted by Raipur Police. They held a brief discussion concerning the Covid situation and presented masks and sanitisers. Since the first Covid wave; a year ago, the aforesaid Covid Help Group is making commendable efforts towards, but not limited to, the arrangements of beds in the hospitals and medicines to the patients. Operating mainly through WhatsApp groups and other social media platforms, and with the aid and inspiration of helping the needy, several new units are now working at the State level.
In a brief chat, Anjinesh Anjay Shukla stated that presently with an observable decrease in the coronavirus cases, particularly in Raipur, the city administration is unlocking the Capital in phases. The 'MaskUp' Campaign is a significant step to curb the progress of the third wave as predicted. The campaign can only succeed if the citizens cooperate with the administration and adopt covid-appropriate behaviour.
