Raipur. Amidst the ongoing discussions regarding the Population Control Act, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said this is the true face of BJP. The BJP had opposed sterilisation earlier. If they had not protested in the 70s, then this situation would not have happened. Law is not the solution to any problem; it is necessary to bring awareness. Public awareness is the solution, not politics.
Before leaving for Nagpur, Chief Minister Baghel commented on the breakup of Janata Congress that we do not want to break any party. We have more than the one-third majority. The Speaker will decide the separate sitting arrangement in the House.
On the government's plan to open a hospital with the help of the private sector and the Health Minister's opposition to it, Chief Minister Baghel said that there are many works related to different departments. A proposal is prepared on this; the resolution is passed only after discussion in the cabinet.
On inflation, he said that the BJP does not understand the pain of the people. First, demonetisation, then GST and, now lockdown, the result is inflation.
