Bilaspur. The Press Club organised a meeting at the Central Point Auditorium regarding the plot and housing problems of the members of the Press Club. President Tilak Raj and Secretary Virendra Gahvai said that the government is ready to build two hundred and fifty houses, and it has started. 

The issue of plot allocation in the Press Club had been going on for a long time. President Tilak Raj and Secretary Virendra Gahvai attempted to solve it at the meeting in Central Point Auditorium.

The Press Club gave a memorandum to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in March and told him that our 250 members are still landless and homeless. Demanding houses for them at concessional rates, they said that about five and a half acres of government land are vacant in Birkona. For this, the government's construction agency, Housing Board, was asked to prepare a plan and build a house through government grants. He said that after getting instructions from the Chief Minister, the Chhattisgarh Housing Board has issued the Khasra No. They have demanded 5.50 acres of land.
