Raipur: In a benevolent effort, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel reached to a specially-abled youth in Bilaspur on a single call and gifted him a tri-cycle. During the process, it had come to fore that the Dvyag youth had arranged the number of the Chief Minister from Google search and called him to narrate his agony. The Divyang youth was so happy that he did not find words to praise the Chief Minster’s generosity.
Ravi Kashyap, 25, a resident of Mudpar village of Masturi development block, is physically challenged. According to Ravi, he had heard about the sensitivity of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. On Friday, Ravi searched the number of the Chief Minister from Google and called him directly to check whether the number was correct or not. According to Ravi, he could not believe that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was responding on the other side. The Chief Minister calmly listened to Ravi and assured him about fulfilling his demand for a tricycle. Two days later, during his stay in Bilaspur on Sunday, Chief Minister Baghel gave fulfilled his promise by gifting him the tricycle at the helipad.
Ravi told the Chief Minister that the financial condition of his family is not good. A six-member family is supported by the only income of his father. Ravi expressed gratefulness to the Chief Minister as he can now move from one place to the other through this cycle and help his family in different ways.
