Raipur. Given the increasing number of COVID patients and the alarming death rate in the state, The Health Department has decreed that private hospitals must reserve fifty-percent seats for COVID patients. The health operator has issued a list of thirty-one hospitals in the state. In which it will be necessary to reserve fifty per cent seats for corona patients. According to the information received, Eighteen hospitals in Raipur will reserve fifty-percent of beds for COVID patients. Six hospitals in Bilaspur, five in Durg, and one in Rajnandgaon and Raigarh will also reserve beds. These 31 hospitals have a combined capacity of 4295 beds, out of which 2148 will be reserved for COVID patients.
