Raipur: Chhattisgarh government has constituted three new boards as Charmkar (leather) Board, Rajakkar Board, and Louhaship Board. A gazette notification to this effect has been published. The headquarters of these boards will be at Raipur.
The state government will nominate the chairman of these boards, sources said, adding these boards will work under Adim Jaati and Jan-Jaati Vikas Vibhag.
All the facilities will be provided to the chairman of these boards as per finance department norms. These boards have been formed keeping in mind the local resources and make proper use of these resources for profit.
The term of these boards will be for three years, according to sources. These boars will be responsible for the development of their respective sectors. The government will provide every possible support for training and creating self-employment through these boards.
