Raipur: “The central government has earlier stated that there is no shortage of coal. If there is no shortage of coal then why the union minister is visiting Chhattisgarh. The central government should accept that there is a shortage of coal and electricity”, said chief minister Bhupesh Baghel on the Chhattisgarh’s visit of union coal minister Pralhad Joshi.
Taking a dig at the central government, the chief minister said that earlier there was a shortage of oxygen, then fertilizers, and now coal too. The government has even failed to implement small tasks.
Meanwhile, union coal minister Pralhad Joshi is on his visit to Chhattisgarh. He went to Bilaspur for the inspection of Gevra mines. He told the media persons that there is no shortage of coal in the county and coal is available in an adequate amount. The supply of electricity will also not be interrupted.
