Recording the Proceedings of the house and sharing it on social media is objectionable.

Dispatch News.

Raipur.  Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr Charandas Mahant expressed displeasure and said that there is a provision of TV screens in some rooms of the Vidhan Sabha. From there, the proceedings of the House were recorded and made viral, which is objectionable.

As soon as the proceedings started in the Vidhan Sabha today, Speaker Dr Charandas Mahant said that the chambers of all the ministers, including the Speaker and Leader of the Opposition, have TV screens. Video recording of the proceedings of the House from TV to make it viral on social media is unacceptable. It is undignified and is a breach of privilege. We must maintain confidentiality. BJP MLA Ajay Chandrakar said that whatever the Chief Minister says in the assembly also goes viral. Leader of Opposition Dharamlal Kaushik declared that this is a serious matter and we must investigate. The Speaker said that I request that this should not get repeated in future and it cannot be discussed now.
