Bilaspur. The Alliance Air flight from Prayagraj to Bilaspur landed at 2 pm on Thursday at the Bilaspur Airport in Chakarbhatha. The officers of the district administration, including the airport director, were present for this new milestone.
The much-awaited flights from Bilaspur will start on March 1, 2021. In this context, the first successful trial for formalization was conducted at Bilasa Airport in Chakarbhatha on Thursday. For the first time in thirty-eight years, an ATR 72 seater plane took flight from Bilaspur. Air service is being started from Bilaspur to Delhi and Delhi to Bilaspur from March 1. Today the Air Alliance testing flight aircraft made its first arrival at Chakarbhata Airport in Bilaspur. Pilot Chirag Thakkar brought the trial flight from Prayagraj to Bilaspur. The ticket booking has also commenced.
The flight will operate from Bilasa Airport four days a week. Two flights will fly on the allotted route on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The first flight will depart from Delhi via Jabalpur and reach Bilaspur at 3.20 pm and return to Delhi at 3.45 pm from Bilaspur via Prayagraj. The second flight will arrive in Bilaspur at 4 pm from Delhi via Prayagraj and leave from Bilaspur to Jabalpur at 4.30 pm. Air India subsidiary Air Alliance has the responsibility of the route from Bilaspur to Delhi.
