He had demanded the police officers to take action after complaining about the matter. A complaint was made to City Congress Committee President Vijay Pandey, demanding disciplinary action against the Congress leader.
In this case, youth Congress state secretary Ashish Awasthi has also lodged a report in the police station. On the instructions of the State Congress Committee, a three-member committee has been formed to investigate the incident. Former mayor Rajesh Pandey is the head, and former members of Zilla Panchayat Bhuvneshwar Yadav and Congress leader Sandhya Tiwari are members.
