CM launches Integrated Farmers Portal, implementation, management, supervision, and reporting of schemes will be easier now

Raipur: Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel on Tuesday launched the Integrated Farmers Portal https://kisan.cg.nic.in at his residence office here.

The farmers will only have to register once on this portal to avail benefits of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, purchase of paddy at support price, Chief Minister's Tree Plantation Promotion Scheme and Kodo-Kutki, Ragi procurement scheme. The portal has been prepared by NIC in collaboration with the agriculture department.

Congratulating the farmers while launching the portal, the chief minister said that it would be easy for the farmers to register with this portal and take advantage of various schemes run by the state government.


Briefing about the portal agriculture production commissioner and agriculture department secretary Dr M Geeta said that the process of registration of farmers for various schemes has been simplified through this portal so that farmers can avail benefits of various schemes. Registration can be done easily. Implementation, management, supervision, and reporting of schemes will be easy through the integrated portal. In the Integrated Farmer Portal, online verification will be done from Bhuiyan Portal of land and accurate and quick data will be obtained. The portal will also facilitate physical verification of farmers' land and calculation of the amount given to farmers under the schemes. The data available on this portal can also be carried forward as per the requirement.

Cabinet ministers including Tamradhwaj Sahu, TS Singh Deo, Dr Premsai Singh Tekam, Ravindra Choubey, Mohammad Akbar, Anila Bhediya, Shiv Kumar Dahariya, Amarjeet Bhagat, Kawasi Lakhma were present on the occasion.
